About us

Booking software that doesn't take a cut of your shop

Why we built Venio

Every barbershop needs online booking. But when we looked at what shops were paying for it, the same thing kept showing up: everyone wants a cut. Many apps charge more every month for each barber you add. Others charge for features that should come standard, or take a piece when they send you a new client. A growing shop ends up paying more just for growing.

We think that's backwards. Barbers do the work, so barbers and owners should keep the money. So we built Venio around one simple promise: one affordable price for the whole shop, no matter how many barbers you have.

We also built it for the way barbershops actually run. Lots of clients still walk in, so Venio puts the walk-in line right next to online booking. Owners who rent chairs can track and collect chair rent in the same app. And every shop gets its own booking page under its own name.

What we do differently

One price for the whole shop

$25 a month covers every barber. Hire a new barber and your bill stays the same. No extra monthly fee per chair.

No hidden fees

What's on the pricing page is what you pay. Card payments go through Stripe at its standard rates, and we don't add anything on top.

No cut of your clients

Some apps take a cut when they send you a new client. We don't. Your clients are yours, and so is the money they pay.

Walk-ins and bookings in one place

Clients can join your walk-in line from their phone and see the wait before they show up. We haven't seen another barbershop booking app do this.

Free client transfer

Coming from Squire, Booksy or Acuity? We move your client list over for you, free.
